Wolfe Law Offices is made up of two attorneys, paralegal, legal assistant and support staff. Ed Wolfe brings years of successful litigation and business law experience to the Firm. Jessica Jozefowicz’s broad range of practice areas, including personal injury litigation, divorce and real estate, has enhanced the Firm’s ability to serve all clients. Liz Thomson’s skills as a paralegal, for over a decade at Wolfe Law Offices, help us attend to our client’s needs in a timely and professional manner. Legal Assistant Amy Bruce, completes the team enabling the Firm to provide an additional contact point to its clients, continuing the Firm’s dedication to the highest standards of service.


Ed Wolfe
   
Edward E. Wolfe, Principal

Ed Wolfe’s practice emphasizes personal injury, business and real estate as a trial lawyer. He has successfully tried cases to conclusion or settlement in areas ranging from software contract disputes to wrongful death. He is immediate past President of the Kitsap County Bar Association and is a Judge Pro Tem for Kitsap County District Court and the City of Bremerton. He is also a Kitsap County Superior Court Arbitrator and a member of the Washington State Bar Association, practicing in all Washington State Courts, U.S. District Court for Western District of Washington, U.S. District Court of Colorado and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits.

Prior to founding Wolfe Law Offices, Ed was an attorney at the Seattle Corporate and International Law Firm, Junker & Thompson. During the Reagan and first Bush Administrations, Ed was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State with the rank of Ambassador. He also served in the U.S. Department of Commerce and as staff of a Member of Congress in Washington D.C. His diverse background includes five years as Vice President of Oceantrawl Inc., a Seattle-based international seafood company, operating its fleet of ships in Russia and Alaska.

Ed is a graduate of George Mason University School of Law, West Virginia University, and the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Management Program. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, King County Bar Association, and Kitsap County Bar Association, where he is immediate past president.


Jessica A. Jozefowicz
   
Jessica A. Jozefowicz, Associate Attorney

Jessica A. Jozefowicz is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in all Washington courts and the United States District Court Western District of Washington.

Prior to joining Wolfe Law Offices, Jessica practiced law with firms in Tacoma and Wenatchee, where her primary areas of practice included personal injury, employment, and contract law. She continues to practice in these areas, as well as divorce, civil litigation and real estate law.

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating magna cum laude. She attended law school at Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude. She has received an Access to Justice Institute Award for Outstanding Service for volunteering her time to causes including the National Employment Law Project.

Outside of the practice of law, in her spare time, Jessica enjoys hiking and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.


Liz Thomson
   
Liz Thomson, Paralegal

Liz Thomson has been with Wolfe Law Offices as a Paralegal for over a decade. She began working at the Firm's Seattle office as an intern while pursuing her paralegal degree at Edmonds Community College.

She is a member of the National Association of Legal Professionals of Washington and the Washington State Paralegal Association. Liz was recently honored by the National Association of Legal Assistants of Kitsap County as Legal Support Professional of the Year.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends (especially in her condo in Victoria, B.C.), fishing, and spoiling her animals... especially her Lab, Maggie.


Amy Bruce
   
Amy Bruce, Legal Assistant

Amy Bruce has been working for Wolfe Law Offices as a Legal Assistant since 2005. As a Deans List student at Olympic College, Amy will receive her Associates Degree in the Legal Assistant Program in the fall of 2008. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Staff (NALS) of Kitsap County, and plans to start paralegal school in the fall.

In her free time, Amy is a devoted Mariners fan, enjoys gardening and showing off her cooking skills to friends and family.
